How it works

As a member of a Bluefield Peer Group, you’re joining a close-knit community of leaders who support each other, help each other succeed, and hold each other accountable.

We build your groups for results and ROI:

  • Each group has a specific industry focus

  • Professionally facilitated by a current or past CEO or leader at your level in the same industry as the group

  • Meetings are once a month for 2 - 3 hours, virtual except for 2 in-person meetings per year

  • Agendas focus on working through member challenges, questions or opportunities as a team

  • No more than 10 members per group

  • Everyone signs non-disclosure agreements and commits to confidentiality
